Unidentified Stacked White & Pink Flowers

The flower has not been identified yet – please comment if you know what kind of flower this is. The flower was about 4″ high and clustered in a vertically stacked manner – doing an excellent job storing water on its way. Nature’s mimicry at soft-serve? Oh perhaps! It’s making me hungry just lookin’ at it!
